A note from Bonnie:
Hi Denise, I just wanted to drop a quick note and attach a photo of Ginger. Yes we decided to name that lil' Sweet Pea, Ginger. We adore her and pretty much spoil her rotten which is just inevitable the way she looks at you with her big brown eyes. My husband has completely fallen in love with he and takes her pretty much every where he goes. She has been a great addition to our four legged family. The dogs Pearl the bulldog and Bullet the beagle love her and she has even made friends with Miles the cat. Ginger pins Miles down and lick attacks his face whenever she gets a chance.
Training her was a breeze. Of course we have the influence of the other dogs to help her but, I would say it took about 3 days to completely house break her. As far as sit and stay goes, she got that on the first try just watching the other two. Her intelligence just amazes me!
I do believe there will be another mini in our future and I will be sure to adopt him or her from Country Home Doxies!
